The Klipsch HD Theater 300 is a compact, high-definition 5.1 home theater system that's simple to set up and use. It consists of five speakers-left, center and right front channels with two rear surrounds-and one powered subwoofer. Please note this system does not include an A/V receiver, speaker wire or a subwoofer cable.
Each main and surround speaker is a sealed enclosure finished in high-gloss black with a 2.5-inch IMG woofer and a MicroTractrix Horn-loaded 0.75-inch textile tweeter inside. The center channel shares the same driver attributes except it is magnetically shielded, so it won't interfere with your TV picture.
But what makes these speakers and center channel truly unique is their horn-loaded technology, an exclusive design that has made Klipsch an industry leader for over 60 years. It allows the HD Theater 300 to deliver genuine lifelike sound and produce more output, using less energy. In other words, it doesn't require a lot of amplifier power to drive it. Over half of all new theaters in North America and several other countries choose Klipsch professional products because of the amazing benefits of horn technology.
The speakers-which can be positioned vertically or horizontally-come with adjustable wall brackets that have a 40° range of motion and 1/4-20 inserts for stand mounting. The center channel includes a cradle base that has a 45° range of motion. These qualities give you complete installation flexibility when placing this premium home theater in your room.

I've been using these speakers for about 2 months now with an Onkyo TX-SR607 7.2 receiver. The speakers sound incredible! I've got them wall mounted, and they are very small and unobtrusive. They've handled everything that I have thrown at them, from U2 CDs to Blu-ray movies to streaming music on Pandora. I'm thinking about picking up two more of the satellites to use for a Zone 2, since my receiver can handle that! I would definitely buy them again if I had to rebuild my home theater setup. Also, many electronics store (including Best Buy) carry these speakers, so you can listen to them before you buy them!

I got these speakers for Christmas and have been completely satisfied with them. They produce a great sound when hooked up to my Sony STR-DH800 7.1-Channel Audio Video Receiver. I would recommend these to anyone looking to get good sound for a great price.

I picked these speakers up along with a new receiver. Right away I loved the home theater experience. The dialogue comes through crystal clear and the bass is nice and tight. On top of the movie experience, the real bright spot is the music experience. Pop a music DVD in and these speakers bring it to life. I can't say enough about how these speakers have improved my home theater experience!

I bought these to replace my old surround sound speakers. The sound is amazing, no problems with the sub-woofer either(as mentioned by a previous reviewer.) For the price I paid,(purchased a couple of days after Christmas on Amazon)and the quality sound these small speakers put out, I couldn't be happier. The set up was easy, I like the speaker wall mounts, you can adjust them sideways, but not up and down. After I installed them, all I had to do was tweak them some with the settings on my surround sound receiver. Also, I accidently dropped one of the speakers pretty hard as I was setting it up, and it still works. So that shows me they are made to last. Do yourself a favor, if you don't have surround sound, give these speakers a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The speakers sound great but the small subwoofer sounds boomy and distortion is audible.Finally I hooked these speakers to my old B&W ASW300 subwoofer connected with a Cambridge Audio Receiver model AZUR 540R (receiver crossover set to 120 hz) and bingo!That is why I can only give these system 3 stars!
